Will I be able to renew my

bought?
Yes. We will never raise the
prices. Instead we offer a
price freeze on all
services. You will be
renewed on the same price
structure you initially
signed up for. We sometimes
give discount tokens which
can be used by the clients
upon renewal which means you
might have to pay less to
renew. Now isnt that great?
Yes you can. We will
register and maintain your
domain name for you for FREE
as long as you host your
website with us. We can
register a variety of domain
name extensions for you for
example .com, .net, .org,
.us, .co.uk etc without any
charge to you.
Do you provide Domain
Registration Services?
Yes we provide
FREE
domain name for LIFE with
every web hosting account.
You can keep the domain name
with us for free as long as
you host with us.
The process is simple. We
will send you two DNS values
in your welcome email. All
you have to do is to login
into your domain registrar
provided control and change
the DNS of your domain name
to those two values. You can
also ask your domain
registration provider to do
this for you if you are new
to this.
There has got to be a catch to
this. Is there any hidden fee I
am not aware of at this time?

domain name. Clients can

them should they decide to
leave us OR just keep the

We support MS Frontpage on
all our web servers.
Do you allow adult content on
your servers?
No.

Can I access mySQL remotely?
You cannot access mySQL
remotely however we provide
you with phpmyadmin software
which can be used to manage
your mysql data bases. You
would have to upload your
mysql content on the web
server in order to manage
it.
What Operating System do
you use on the servers?
We use CentOS Linux on all
our web servers
What version of PHP do you use?
We support both php 4.0 +
and php 5+

file if you are hosted
on budget, reseller or
ultimate hosting plan.

applications exist for the
creation and/or uploading of
files to your Windows or
Linux shared hosting account
Web site. To use these
applications, you will need

To upload files to your
Web site, you need an FTP
client. FTP stands for File
Transfer Protocol. It lets
you connect to a remote
computer, such as a hosting
server in another state.
Using FTP, you can move
files from your machine to
the remote one and create
folders for those files on
that computer.
Some popular FTP clients

If you are using Windows
XP, you can create a network
connection to your Web site.
You might also be able to
upload your file using the
same software you used to
create your Web site. You
can use popular programs
like Macromedia Dreamweaver
and Microsoft FrontPage to
